
Banana Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, self-rising, enriched
- 2 tablespoons Sugars, brown
- 1 tablespoon Sugars, granulated
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 1 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 tablespoon Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, with added vitamin A
- 1 Bananas, raw
- 3 eaches Nuts, pecans
Instructions
Step 1
Combine flour, brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla sugar in a large microwave-safe mug. Add egg and mix well. Stir in oil, milk, mashed banana, and pecans. Mix well to incorporate all the flour.
Step 2
Microwave at high power until cake has risen and is cooked through, 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Remove and allow to cool slightly before eating.
